SEALCOATING
All new asphalt should cure for a minimum of 1 year before sealer can be applied. We offer two types of sealer for maintaining asphalt surfaces.
Oil based sealer is a waterless product that is recommended for unsealed asphalt. Once applied it gives asphalt a newly installed look. It rejuvenates asphalt by penetrating the surface and making it instantly waterproof.
Water based sealer is for previously sealed asphalt or new asphalt which can be applied by brush or spray application. It will restore old asphalt and make the surface oil and fuel resistance. Residential driveways are commonly applied using a brush and commercial lots are sprayed.
